Terms of Use
Edition of 7 October 2026
This is an English translation provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Russian original; if the two differ, the Russian text prevails.
1. Parties and subject
This Agreement is concluded between Artyom Sukhanov, an individual and the owner of the Пятый service (hereinafter — the Administration, the Service), and a user of the Service. The Service helps find teammates to play Counter-Strike 2 together: it shows player cards with verified statistics, matches players, lets you build a squad, chat and rate each other after a game.
Ticking “I accept the Terms of Use” when signing in means that you have read this Agreement and agree to it. The Service is currently free of charge.
2. Who may use the Service
- The Service may be used from the age of 14. By stating your age you confirm that it is real.
- Users aged 14–17 and 18+ are in separate pools and do not see each other. Stating a false age to get into another pool is prohibited — the account is blocked for it.
- One person — one account.
3. Account and data
Sign-in is done via a Steam account. The Service obtains statistics from Steam and FACEIT itself; they cannot be changed manually. How data is processed is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. You can delete your account at any time with the “Delete account” button in your profile.
4. Rules of conduct
It is prohibited to:
- insult, harass, threaten or incite hatred;
- induce minors to communicate outside the Service, or request their personal data and photos;
- advertise and distribute cheats, sell accounts and boosting, send spam;
- impersonate another person, list someone else's accounts, or use someone else's photos as a profile photo;
- upload obscene, violent or offensive images, advertising or other people's personal data as a profile photo;
- publish other people's personal data and any materials prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation;
- inflate ratings and “we played” marks, or give ratings without having played together.
5. Moderation
- A player, their profile photo or a message can be reported. A card reported by five different users is hidden until a moderator's decision. A moderator removes inappropriate photos.
- For violating the rules, the Administration may remove materials, restrict access or block the account. When an account is blocked, its card disappears for everyone and the player leaves all squads.
- Any user can be blocked on your side — after that you do not see each other.
6. Recommendations
The “Match” tab uses recommendation technologies. How they work is described in the Rules for Using Recommendation Technologies.
7. Liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee that the players you find will play with you or behave honestly.
- The Service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or FACEIT and is not their official product. Statistics are taken from their public data; they are responsible for its completeness and accuracy.
- The user is responsible for what they write and publish in the Service.
8. Changes and disputes
A new edition of the Agreement is published on this page. If you continue to use the Service, you accept the new edition; in case of material changes, the Service will ask you to confirm your consent again. Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation, first by correspondence.
9. Contacts
