Rules for Using Recommendation Technologies
Edition of 6 October 2026
This is an English translation provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Russian original; if the two differ, the Russian text prevails.
The Пятый service uses recommendation technologies in the “Match” tab: it shows player cards in a certain order. These rules are published under Article 10.2-2 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”.
1. What information is used
- your age pool (14–17 or 18+);
- player card data: rank and level, play time, whether they have a microphone, reputation from ratings after games played together, the date the card was last updated;
- your connections in the Service: who you are already in a squad with, whom you have blocked and who has blocked you, whom you skipped;
- filters you chose yourself: by rank, play time, microphone.
The sources are cards in the Service, public Steam and FACEIT data and your actions in the Service. Information about your behaviour on other websites is not collected or used.
2. How the results are formed
- Only players from your age pool are shown.
- Not shown: yourself, your current teammates, those blocked in either direction, those blocked by moderation and those hidden because of reports.
- Players with a reputation of 60 and above come first, then those with lower reputation: a low rating reduces how often a card is shown, but does not hide it completely.
- Within these groups, those who recently updated their card rank higher.
- The filters you selected remove those who do not match them.
The order of results cannot be bought. There is no advertising or paid promotion of cards in the Service.
3. How to influence the results
- change the filters in “Match” or look for teammates through the feed — its order is simple: newest first;
- skip cards and block players;
- update your card — this raises it in other people's results.
4. Restrictions
Recommendation technologies are not used to provide information in violation of the laws of the Russian Federation, and are not used to show cards of adults to users aged 14–17, or cards of minors to adults.
5. Contacts
The owner of the Service is Artyom Sukhanov, an individual. Email address for legally significant notices: artss.spb@gmail.com.
