Consent to Distribution of Personal Data

I, a user of the Пятый service, identified by the Service through my Steam account, by ticking the box about showing my card to other players in the form on the website, give consent to the distribution of my personal data — that is, to it being shown to other users of the Service — on the terms below (Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). I confirm that I am at least 14 years old.
Operator and information resource
The operator is Artyom Sukhanov, an individual, artss.spb@gmail.com. The data is shown on the website and in the app of the Пятый service, whose address is shown in the address bar of this page.
Purpose
So that other players can find me, assess my level and invite me to a squad, and members of my squads can communicate with me and rate me after a game.

Conditions and prohibitions
- The data is not shown to users of the other age pool, to unregistered visitors or to search engines.
- The data is not transferred to third parties for their own use and is not published outside the Service.
- The Service does not show me to those I have blocked or to those who have blocked me, and vice versa.
- I may leave the “about” text, tags and profile photo empty — then they are not shown. I can remove an uploaded photo in my profile at any time.
- I may at any time prohibit showing all or some of the data by writing to artss.spb@gmail.com, or delete my account.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid while I use the Service — until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn with the “Delete account” button in my profile — showing stops immediately — or by writing to artss.spb@gmail.com: showing stops no later than 3 business days later.
How consent is recorded
Consent is given by a separate tick in the form on the website. The Service records which edition of the document I accepted and when, as well as the IP address and browser from which consent was given.
