Personal Data Processing Policy
Edition of 7 October 2026
This is an English translation provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Russian original; if the two differ, the Russian text prevails.
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is Artyom Sukhanov, an individual (hereinafter — the Operator), the owner of the Пятый teammate search service (hereinafter — the Service).
Contact the Operator on any data question: artss.spb@gmail.com.
This Policy is drawn up under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and describes what data the Service processes, why, how long it is stored and how to delete it.
2. What data we process
| Source | What exactly |
|---|---|
| Steam, on sign-in | Steam account identifier (SteamID64), nickname, avatar, profile link, public CS2 statistics: hours in game, kills and deaths, rounds won; information about VAC and game bans |
| FACEIT, if you entered a nickname | FACEIT nickname and identifier, level, ELO, statistics of the last 30 matches |
| You, in your card | age, time zone, self-reported rank, role, play time, whether you have a microphone, tags, the “about” text, a profile photo if you uploaded one |
| Arising from use of the Service | feed posts and replies, invites, squads and membership in them, messages in squad chats, ratings and the reputation calculated from them, reports, blocks, “game night” and “we played” marks, notifications, visit dates |
| Technical | IP address and browser information — in server logs and in the record of consents given; sign-in cookie |
We do not collect first and last names, phone numbers, email addresses, passport data, special categories or biometric personal data. Your Steam password is entered only on Valve's website — the Service never receives it.
3. Why
- Operation of the Service: player card, verification of statistics, teammate matching, the feed, squads, messaging, ratings after games.
- Safety: separation of users aged 14–17 and 18+, reports, blocks, moderation, protection against abuse.
- Development of the Service — based on anonymised aggregate indicators, for example the share of squads that made it to a game together.
There is no advertising in the Service; data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
4. Legal basis
- your consent to personal data processing (Articles 6 and 9 of Law No. 152-FZ);
- your separate consent to distribution of personal data — showing your card to other users (Article 10.1);
- the Terms of Use you accepted (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 5).
5. What we do with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, distribution — only within the scope of the separate consent: showing your card to signed-in users of your age pool, as well as blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated. We do not make decisions that produce legal consequences for you based solely on automated processing: matching only suggests options, the decision is always yours.
6. Where and for how long data is stored
The Service's database is located on servers in the territory of the Russian Federation (the Yandex Cloud platform, Yandex.Cloud LLC).
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| The card and everything related to the account | while you use the Service — until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn |
| Sign-in cookie | 30 days or until you sign out |
| Server logs (IP address, request address) | up to 30 days |
| Database backups | up to 7 days; after an account is deleted, its data disappears from backups no later than 7 days later |
7. Who receives the data
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except in the cases below.
- Valve Corporation (USA) — the Service sends your SteamID64 to Steam to obtain public profile data and CS2 statistics.
- FACEIT Limited (United Kingdom) — if you entered a FACEIT nickname, the Service sends it to obtain statistics.
This is a cross-border transfer: only the account identifier is sent abroad, without the card, messages or other information. In addition, data is provided to authorised state bodies in the cases and in the manner provided for by law.
8. Cookies and data in the browser
pyatiy_session— remembers that you are signed in. Sign-in does not work without it. Stored for 30 days.pyatiy_consent— temporary, for 15 minutes: carries the record of consents given through the Steam sign-in.
There are no other cookies: no analytics, no advertising. Your device's browser storage (localStorage) keeps a draft of your card and interface settings — they are not sent to the server.
9. Minors
The Service may be used from the age of 14. Users aged 14–17 and 18+ are in separate pools and do not see each other in matching, in the feed or in messages. Users aged 14 and over give consents themselves. A parent or other legal representative may withdraw a minor's consent by writing to artss.spb@gmail.com. If it turns out that a user is under 14, the account will be deleted.
10. Your rights
- to receive information about which of your data is processed and how;
- to demand that data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
- to withdraw consent — with the “Delete account” button in your profile (data is deleted immediately) or by writing to artss.spb@gmail.com;
- to appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
We respond to requests within 10 business days. After consent is withdrawn by letter, processing stops and the data is destroyed within the time limits established by law.
11. How we protect data
The Service re-encodes profile photos on upload: the geotag, phone and capture-date information are removed from the image, and only a square 256×256 picture is stored. The connection to the Service is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the server is key-only, the database and access keys to external services are closed to outsiders, the server is protected by a firewall, and the request rate is limited. Age pools are separated at the database level.
12. Changes to the Policy
A new edition is published on this page. If the terms of the consents change, the Service will ask you to confirm them again.
