Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of the Пятый service, identified by the Service through my Steam account, by ticking the “I consent to personal data processing” box in the form on the website, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. I confirm that I am at least 14 years old.

Purposes
- providing the teammate search service: card, verification of game statistics, matching, the feed, squads, messaging, ratings;
- ensuring safety: separation of users aged 14–17 and 18+, reports, blocks, moderation;
- improving the Service based on anonymised aggregate indicators.
List of data
- from Steam: account identifier (SteamID64), nickname, avatar, profile link, CS2 statistics (hours in game, kills and deaths, rounds won), information about VAC and game bans;
- from FACEIT, if I entered a nickname: nickname and identifier, level, ELO, statistics of the last 30 matches;
- entered by me in my card: age, time zone, self-reported rank, role, play time, whether I have a microphone, tags, the “about” text, a profile photo if I uploaded one;
- arising from use of the Service: posts and replies, invites, squads, messages in squad chats, ratings and reputation, reports, blocks, “game night” and “we played” marks, notifications, visit dates;
- IP address, browser information, sign-in cookie.
Actions with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent specified below, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.
Showing my card to other users — distribution — is governed by a separate consent to distribution.
Cross-border transfer
I agree that, to obtain statistics, the Service transfers my Steam account identifier to Valve Corporation (USA) and my FACEIT nickname, if I entered one, to FACEIT Limited (United Kingdom). No other data of mine is transferred abroad.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid while I use the Service — until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
The consent can be withdrawn at any time: with the “Delete account” button in my profile — the data is then deleted immediately — or by writing to artss.spb@gmail.com. After withdrawal, processing stops and the data is destroyed, except where storage is required by law. Data disappears from backups no later than 7 days later.
How consent is recorded
Consent is given by ticking a box in the form on the website. The Service records which edition of the document I accepted and when, as well as the IP address and browser from which consent was given.
